I will have a realty company which will take about a year to fully be available. This will be because of FSP Tower. Nonetheless, I will start marketing buildings once they are ready for rentals. I will make sure that the building manager will have access to a 3B apartment. This will allow them to live on site, and address emergency calls as quickly as possible.
Since I will be doing subsidized housing, I will be able to do some good will with my company. I don’t have to support subsidized housing, but then I will be contributing to the problem. By making most of my buildings subsidized housing, this will have a positive contribution to the local housing crisis. There will also be SRO?s which aren’t supported by subsidized housing, but they will be able to apply for subsidized boarding which will essentially be money coming out of the company’s pocket. This is because there is no such program. Needless to say, only my SROs will qualify for this program.
