Welcome to my What If I Had $100,000,000. This sounds like a ridiculously large sum of money, and you will be correct. This amount will allow me to do everything I could imagine I would want to do. This will not only include having a good sum of money from an investment account, but will also give me the financial confidence to have foster children, although I will have 4 since I feel every child should have their own bedroom. It will also allow me to have every business venture I will consider including being a PC Company, and having an internet bank.

Since I will have many business ventures, I will make sure that everything will run smoothly, and effectively. Every business will need to have its own set of resources, and capabilities. And since every business venture will be so detailed and be more than what I could fit on one page, each venture will have its own website where you could learn more. The breakdown of the costs is as below:

Investment Account

I will have a significant investment account. The goal is average risk for 9% ROI as I have done with all of the fsp.cash sites. The reason for this is simplicity, and reality. I know every investment involves some risk, but the risk has to be acceptable. With a 9% ROI, and average risk on a diversified options in investment, I will hope to continue to receive the investment money even if for some reason that I will not get resources from my business ventures.

Phone Service Provider

This company will provide for cellular service, and SIP? phone service. If I had my own phone service provider, I will eventually move my phone service to this company to promote my business venture. This will allow me to pay for my own businesses, and pay for my own services.

Cash On Hand

This will be the cash on hand to make significant purchases. I would doubt I will spend. the entire $20,000,000 – however, I will have the money as a just in case I would need that much money. My gifts will come out of this money as well, and at least for one person, I will like to provide a monthly payment for them.

PC Company

If I had my own PC company, I will likely replace my Framework16 with the professional laptop. The reason for this is the cellular connectivity that the notebook will have. I will also acquire the professional line of smartphone, and get the PDA? for music, and contact management. In an ideal situation, I will have my manufacturing plants in Braddock PA which will benefit from a manufacturing plant in there.

Realty Company

I will be focusing on a realty office + 9 residential sites. Every location will be completely rebuilt to meet my standards and desires. Rent will vary based on ZIP code, and the number of bedrooms. There will also be SRO?s which will be $750 no matter where they are located at. This will allow a person to have an affordable solution, and for those that are low income will be able to apply for financial assistance for the SROs until they qualify for Section-8, or subsidized housing. Any Building with Commons in the name will be exclusively SROs. Any building of 9 stories or less will be Section-8 only. Any building of 10+ stories will be subsidized housing.
