Investment Fund

I will need to set aside $5,000,000 for an investment fund. While I will likely have other channels of profit, there will be no need to be risky with the investment. As with the other instances, the investment fund will receive a 9% ROI, and the money will be delivered to my Swiss Account, and I will use LibreOffice Calc to manage everything including taxes that would eventually have to be paid out. This will allow me to set aside money for capital gains taxes. At $5,000,000 – I will be able to generate about $25,000 for my income.

To show for calculations on the investment fund, it will be as follows:
$5,000,000×.09 = $450,000
$450,000÷12 = $37,500
$37,500×.25 = $9,375
$37,500×.75 = 28,125

This will mean a nearly guaranteed income of almost $30,000. I should definitely be able to live off of this alone. There is also the businesses I will have as well. All of my businesses will give me 10% of my profits as a source of income. In example, if all of my profits equaled to $1,000,000 then I will get $100,000 in profits. This is very likely with 3 major businesses once the businesses will get off the ground. The longest delay will be the realty company, and PC company since I will have to build large buildings to produce the results. The $28,000 will keep me above water until all of my businesses will generate the income said.
